AttendList Terms of Service

Last updated: October 07, 2026

These terms apply when you use AttendList, including the website at https://attendlist.com, the AttendList Chrome extension and the AttendList add-on for Google Meet (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

If you use AttendList on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these terms on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to do so.

1. What AttendList does

AttendList records attendance for Google Meet meetings. When you connect your Google account, we read meeting and participant data from Google (for example, who joined a meeting, and when they joined and left) and turn it into attendance reports for you and your team.

2. Your account

3. Your responsibilities

Attendance reports contain information about other people. You agree to:

4. Your data

The meeting and attendance data in your account is yours. You give us permission to store and process it so we can provide the Service to you. We don't sell it, and we handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data or delete your account at any time. You can also remove AttendList's access to your Google account from your Google account settings.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

6. Changes and availability

We're always improving AttendList, so features may be added, changed or removed. We work hard to keep the Service running, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

AttendList depends on Google Meet and Google's services. If Google changes or restricts them, parts of AttendList may stop working or behave differently.

7. Third-party services

AttendList is an independent product. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google Meet, Google Workspace and Chrome are trademarks of Google LLC.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using AttendList and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or other customers at risk, or has an overdue payment. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Attendance data comes from Google and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate, so please check reports before relying on them for important decisions such as payroll, grading or compliance.

To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties that aren't written in these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AttendList isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other rights that can't legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or in the Service before it takes effect. If you keep using AttendList after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
